About the Award:
The Master of Science in Geography of Environmental Risks and Human Security is a two-year interdisciplinary program designed to equip postgraduate students with the necessary tools, strategies, and knowledge to assess and manage environmental risks. The program focuses on key geographical debates and methodologies to analyze the complex emergence of environmental risks, human vulnerability, resilience, and adaptation. It also explores practical approaches to dealing with environmental challenges.

- Education: Have completed your last academic degree within the past 6 years.
- No Prior Masters: Not hold a Master’s degree in a similar field.
- Career Intent: Aspire to pursue a career in development practice, rather than academia or research (PhD is not the goal).
- Commitment: Be fully committed to the Joint Master’s degree if selected for the DAAD EPOS scholarship.
