Usmanu Danfodiyo Teaching Hospital College of Nursing admission for 2024/2025. The Usmanu Danfodiyo Teaching Hospital (UDUTH) College of Nursing Sciences Admission Form for the 2024/2025 academic session is now available. Interested and qualified candidates are invited to apply.
Admission Requirements
To be eligible for admission, candidates must have:
- Five credits in no more than two sittings.
- Required subjects: English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology.
- Accepted examinations: WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB.
Application Process
Follow these steps to apply:
- Visit the Health Revolve website and select Usmanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital Sokoto under the Remita Payment menu.
- Choose UDUTH College of Nursing under Service.
- Enter ₦7,000.00 as the service amount and fill in the required details accurately.
- Click on Generate Payment Instruction.
- Use the generated Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) number to make your payment at any bank.
- After payment, bring the teller and Remita slip to the UDUTH College Accountant to collect your receipt.
- Bring the Remita slip and receipt to the College of Nursing Sciences, UDUTH Sokoto to receive your Serial Number and PIN.
- Visit the UDUTH Nursing Portal and enter your PIN and Serial Number.
- Complete the online application form with accurate information, including your O’level results and JAMB score (if applicable).
- Print a clear copy of your application form and bring it along to the CBT entrance exam.
