First Semester Key Dates:
- 11th August 2024: Students move into halls of residence.

- 26th – 30th August 2024: Revision week.
- 2nd September 2024: Exams start in Faculties of Education, Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Physical Sciences, and School of Basic Medical Sciences.
- 7th September 2024: CED exams.
- 9th September 2024: Exams begin in other faculties.
- 18th – 19th September 2024: GST exams. Semester ends after exams.
Second Semester Key Dates:
- 6th October 2024: Students return to residence.
- 7th October 2024: Lectures resume.
- 20th December 2024: Christmas break begins.
- 5th January 2025: Students return.
- 6th – 10th January 2025: Revision week.
- 13th – 17th January 2025: Exams start in key faculties.
- 18th and 20th January 2025: CED exams.
- 21st – 30th January 2025: Exams for other faculties.
- 31st January – 1st February 2025: GST exams. Session ends.
