Eligibility
- First Choice Selection: Candidates who selected UNIZIK or its affiliate institutions as their first choice and meet the required cut-off mark.
- Change of Institution: Candidates who did not initially choose UNIZIK but meet the cut-off marks for any faculty or programme can apply by changing their institution choice to UNIZIK on the JAMB website.
- Direct Entry Requirements: Direct Entry candidates must possess OND/HND/First Degree or A’Level in relevant disciplines.
Application Process
- Visit the UNIZIK Application Portal:
- Create an account using your email, phone number, and password.
- Validate your account using the code sent to your email/phone number.
- Log in with your username and password.
- Click on the 2024 Post-UTME application link.
- Link your JAMB registration profile to your account.
- Pay the application fee of ₦2,000 online or print the invoice and pay at the bank.
- Return to complete your application by providing your date of birth, next of kin information, and O’Level results.
- Submit your application form. An email acknowledging receipt will be sent to you.
- For Direct Entry Candidates:
- Ensure your academic transcript is forwarded to the Registrar, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka.
- Submit hard copies of your JAMB E-slip, O’Level results, OND/HND/First Degree, or A’Level results to the Office of the Deputy Registrar (Admissions) by Wednesday, 25th September 2024.
Screening Exercise Requirements
- Monitor your phone number, email, and the UNIZIK website for details about the screening exercise.
- Candidates who do not register online will not be eligible for the screening.
- Ensure your O’Level (and A’Level for DE candidates) results are uploaded on JAMB CAPS to be considered for admission.
Important Cautions
- The university is not responsible for any payment made with an incorrect JAMB registration number at the bank.
- The university will not be liable for fraudulent payments made outside its official directives.
