About the Landsec PG Scholarship:
The Landsec PG Scholarship is funded by Land Securities and is aimed at supporting underrepresented groups in higher education.
This scholarship is available to a Home Fee Master’s student from a Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic background and a female student.
The scholarship is specifically designed for students who have been offered a place in the Real Estate Development MSc course at the University of Westminster.

- Real Estate Development MSc course at the University of Westminster.
Type of Scholarship:
- Postgraduate Scholarship (Master’s level).
Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for the Landsec PG Scholarship, applicants must:
- Be classified as Home Fee students with an offer for the Real Estate Development MSc course.
- Belong to a Black, Asian, or Minority Ethnic background and/or be a female student.
- Hold a minimum of a 2.2 Honours Degree.
- Be the first in their family to attend university.
- Have a household income of less than £25,000 per annum.
Selection Process: Selection is based on meeting the eligibility criteria and the evaluation of the application form.

Scholarship Benefits:
- The successful applicant will receive £10,000, with £5,000 paid in October and another £5,000 paid in January.
