This form is required for candidates who selected JOSTUM as their first choice and scored 150 and above in the 2024 UTME.

Steps for Online Registration
- Payment: Pay a non-refundable fee of N2,000.00 (excluding bank/service charges).
- Payment Slip: Obtain a JOSTUM UTME Screening Payment Slip from the bank containing your JAMB number (as User Name) and Payment Pin (as Password).
- Online Registration: Use the payment voucher information to register online by filling out the UTME Screening Registration form on the JOSTUM Portal.
- Login Details: Use your UTME number as the User Name and the Payment Pin as the Password.
- Registration Printout: Ensure accurate information is provided and print the online registration form from the university website.
Payment Options for Charges
Candidates can pay the N2,000.00 registration fee through:

- Bank Transfer
These options are available on the Remita platform integrated into the university portal.
