FUTA Post UTME/Direct Entry Screening Form For 2024/2025: The Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) has announced the availability of the Post UTME/Direct Entry Screening Form for the 2024/2025 academic session. Online registration for all courses begins on 7th August and ends on 20th September 2024.

Eligibility for FUTA Post UTME
Candidates must have scored at least 180 in the 2024 UTME conducted by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB). Direct Entry candidates who selected FUTA as their first choice are also eligible. Additionally, candidates must have at least five credit passes, including English and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings in O’level examinations conducted by WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB.
FUTA Post UTME Method of Application
Candidates are required to visit the FUTA application portal to complete and submit the online Post-UTME Application Form. After submission, they must print a copy of the Registration Form.
Registration Procedure
- Visit the University Website: Go to the FUTA application portal.
- Provide Information: Ensure your UTME Registration Number and full name (as on JAMB slip) are correctly entered.
- Complete Registration: Submit the form and print the Registration Form.
Screening Fee
The screening fee is ₦2,000, payable at any bank using the Remita platform after generating the necessary code.
Note: Candidates who do not register by the deadline will not be eligible for screening.
Additional Information
- Candidates must be at least 16 years old by 1st October 2024 to be considered for admission.
- O’level results must be uploaded on JAMB CAPS and shared with FUTA by 20th September 2024.
- Failure to complete these steps will make candidates ineligible for admission.
