Registration Procedure
1. Visit Portal: myportal.collegeofnursingmidwiferyilorin.edu.ng
2. Fill Applicant Form: Enter details (Surname, First name, Other name, Email, JAMB Reg. Number, Phone Number)
3. Payment: N17,800 using ATM card via PayStack
4. Complete Application: Login with Application Number and Surname, fill all fields, upload documents
5. Print Documents: Application Form and Payment Receipt

Admission Requirements

1. JAMB Score: Candidates must have scored 180 and above in JAMB.
2. Change of Institution: Candidates must visit JAMB office or an approved CBT center to change their institution to Kwara State College of Nursing Sciences, Ilorin.
3. O’ Level Credits: Candidates must have at least five (5) O’ Level credits, including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, in no more than two sittings in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB.
   • Accepted combinations are WAEC&WAEC, WAEC&NECO, NECO&NECO, or NABTEB (which must be in one sitting).

• Format: The entrance examination will be a Computer Based Test (CBT).
• Venue: CBT Centre, Kwara State College of Nursing Sciences, Ilorin.

Registration Procedure for New Applicants

1. Visit the College Portal:
   • Go to myportal.collegeofnursingmidwiferyilorin.edu.ng.
   • Click on “INSTRUCTION” from the menu bar/lists to know the steps.
   • Click on “Applicant Form” (Ensure you have an active email address and phone number before commencing registration).
2. Fill the Displayed Fields:
   • Enter your surname, first name, other name, email, JAMB registration number, and phone number.
   • Click on “Verify and Make Payment”.
3. Pay the Application Fee:
   • The application form fee is seventeen thousand eight hundred naira (N17,800.00).
   • Select your ATM card type (e.g., Visa or MasterCard).
   • Enter your card number (16 digits), expiry date, CVV (3 digits on the reverse side of the card), and card pin number.
   • Click on “Pay”.
4. Complete Application:
   • After successful payment, an application number will be generated.
   • Return to the homepage (myportal.collegeofnursingmidwiferyilorin.edu.ng).
   • Click on “Applicant Login” and fill the required fields. Use your application number and surname to log in.
   • Fill in all necessary fields (Personal Details, Programme, O’Level Result, Upload Passport, Attestation).
5. Print Documents:
   • Click on “Print Out” to print your application form and payment receipt.
   • Note that the schedule of the entrance examination will be printed along with the application form.
