Requirements for Post UTME Computer Aided Screening

1. O’ Level Requirements:
   • Five (5) O’ Level credits in a maximum of two (2) sittings. Required subjects include:
     • English
     • Mathematics
     • Biology
     • Physics
     • Chemistry
2. JAMB Requirement:
   • A minimum score of 180 in the 2024 JAMB examination.
3. Age Requirement:
   • Candidates must be 17 years of age or older.

3. Select “Start New Application for Fresh Application.”
4. Choose your preferred school (Ogun State College of Nursing Abeokuta, Ijebu-Ode, or Laro), ensuring it matches your JAMB application.
5. Fill in the required data (e.g., Full Name, Phone Number, Email Address, JAMB Score, etc.).
6. Make a payment of N20,700.00 using your Debit Card, USSD, or Bank Transfer via PayStack.
7. Complete your data input and upload the necessary documents.
8. Verify your information before final submission.
9. Print your Photo Card and note your examination day and time.
10. Adhere to the allotted day and time of the examination.
