Adamu Tafawa Balewa COE in affiliation with BUK releases 2023/2024 degree admission form :This is to inform all prospective candidates and the general public that Adamu Tafawa Balewa College of Education, Kangere, in affiliation with Bayero University Kano, will start its screening exercise for the 2023/2024 POST-UTME.
To this effect, all prospective and interested candidates whose UTME score is 180 and above are informed that the online screening exercise for the UTME candidates will be open from 3rd June to 17th June 2024.
Adamu Tafawa Balewa COE, in affiliation with BUK, releases degree admission form, 2023/2024. Applicants should follow the guidelines below for the proper upload of their information as required by the online screening system.
Please note that only candidates who applied through JAMB for UTME Admissions and chose Bayero University as their first choice are eligible for the screening. Those whose first choice is not Bayero University Kano can change their institution at the JAMB office or any CBT center close to them.
Candidates are advised to visit any JAMB Office or Accredited CBT Centre nearest to them to upload their ‘O’ Level results (WAEC, NECO, etc.) on the Central Admission Processing System (CAPS).
Note that supplying false information will result in disqualification. You are allowed to supply a maximum of two different ‘O’ Level examination results.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
Candidates are required to log in to the Admission Portal (https://www.ugadmissions.coekangere.edu.ng), click “create account” using your valid email ID and other information to create an account. Sign in to your email and click on the mail sent to you to validate your account creation, then log in to your portal to provide the following information:
- Guardian details
- Bio-data
- O’level details
- A’level details
Click on “New application” to apply for your choice of course of study (Note: a student can apply for more than one course at a time). After providing all the required information, a payment request will pop up.
Generation of PPI
Generate and download your Personalized Payment Invoice (PPI). The invoice will come with a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) for the sum of N2,500.00, which is the cost of screening payable into the account of Adamu Tafawa Balewa College of Education Kangere (Admission Processing Fee Account).
Applicants have the option of paying online using Credit/Debit Card, Internet Banking, or Direct Bank account debit, whereby you use your internet banking tools to make payment, or printing the payment invoice and using it to pay at any Commercial Bank nationwide. Note that after successful online payment, an acknowledgement slip can automatically be generated and printed. In the case of bank payment, the payment verification needs to be done only after the payment is processed by logging back into your account and clicking the “I’ve already paid my screening fee” button on the site, before the acknowledgement slip can be printed.
