Government Of Singapore – ICAO Training Programme For Developing Countries 2024/2025

Government Of Singapore – ICAO Training Programme For Developing Countries 2024/2025; The Developing Countries Training Programme (DCTP), established jointly by Singapore and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) in 2001, is now offering 110 Fellowships and 1 Scholarship for the 2024/2025 academic year.

This initiative, sponsored by the Singapore Government and managed by the ICAO Technical Cooperation Bureau, provides specialized training programs through the Singapore Aviation Academy (SAA).

Location: Singapore

SAA collaborates closely with the Singapore Government and international funding agencies to secure training fellowships for individuals from developing countries.

Eligibility:

  • Participants must be nominated by their respective governments.
  • Nominating governments are encouraged to nominate a maximum of 2 candidates per course and specify the priority candidate if more than one is nominated.

Value of Scholarship: The Government of Singapore covers the following expenses for selected participants:

  • Training fees
  • Daily allowance of Sixty Singapore Dollars (S$60)
  • Hotel accommodation during the training period
  • Complimentary breakfast at the hotel and lunch at SAA during training days
  • Travel arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the nominating governments.

Note: Daily allowance and hotel accommodation are provided strictly for the duration of the training. Any additional expenses beyond this period will not be covered.
