REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates must be a registered Midwife with a current valid License.
- Candidates must possess five (5) credits in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB obtainable at not more than two sittings (Mathematics, English Language, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry).
- Valid O’ Level scratch card for verification of results.
Important Dates: A. Sales of Forms:
- Commences from 22nd January, 2024, to 24th January, 2024.
B. Application Form Fees:
- N10,000.
MODE OF APPLICATION:
- Applicants should make the payment for the application form in the Bursary Department.
- Candidates are required to present their receipts to obtain the application form from the school secretary’s office.
- The application form must be filled out carefully, and candidates should submit it along with photocopies of their credentials.
