About the Award: The University of Southern Denmark administers several scholarship programs, with the primary one being the Danish Government Scholarship, supported by the Ministry of Science, Innovation, and Higher Education. Under this scheme, the Faculty of Engineering is providing scholarships to exceptionally qualified students pursuing two-year master’s degree programs in the following fields:
- MSc in Engineering – Mechatronics
- MSc in Engineering – Electronics
Type of Scholarship: Masters taught
Eligibility:
- Candidates must be from a non-EU/EEA country and apply for one of the Engineering Master’s programs in Sønderborg (program start in autumn), being eligible to pay tuition fees.
- The scholarship will be granted to the most qualified applicants for the mentioned master’s degree study programs.
Selection Criteria: The scholarship will be awarded based on a combination of academic grades and a compelling application. The best-qualified candidates, as determined by these criteria, will receive the scholarship.
Value of Scholarship: The scholarship encompasses two components: a complete waiver of tuition fees and a stipend to assist with living expenses, amounting to DKK 3000 per month before taxes.
Duration of Scholarship: 2 years
How to Apply: Applicants with the highest qualifications, assessed through academic performance and a well-articulated application, will be selected for the scholarship.
