Registration Venue: College of Nursing Sciences, Ikot Ekpene Campus. (Monday – Fridays, except public holidays)
Registration Time: 8:00 am – 3:00 pm each day
Requirements for Registration: Candidates are required to bring two photocopies of the following documents:
a. Professional Certificates: Registered Nurse (RN) Certificate
b. Educational Certificates: FSLC, WASSCE, SSCE, GCE, NECO, and NABTEB. Five (5) credits in English, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology, not more than two (2) sittings, except NABTEB which cannot be combined with others.
c. Testimonial from the last Professional School attended
d. Birth Certificates/Age declaration
e. Current Practicing License
f. Change of name if any
g. Certificate of origin
h. Two recent passport photographs.
