Requirements
(a) Prospective applicants must have a minimum of five (5) O level relevant passes in basic sciences, including Mathematics and English, at Credit level in the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (WAEC or NECO) in not more than two (2) sittings.
(b) Applicants for HND in Social Development, National Diploma in Social Development, and National Diploma in Psycho-social Rehabilitation can apply with either Science or Art subjects.
(c) Applicants for a Diploma in Community Health and all other abridgments must possess an additional qualification in the course they are applying for.
(d) Applicants into all Higher National Diploma programs MUST possess a National Diploma from an NBTE Accredited Health Institution and a JAMB Admission.
Interested applicants are required to pay an application fee of N5,000.00 on the University portal.

a) Visit forms.kasu.edu.ng
b) Select the available form and sign up for an account.
c) Log in to your email to obtain login details.
d) Log in to forms.kasu.edu.ng using the details obtained above and proceed with your application.
e) Click on the “Proceed with Payment” link to generate your payment details.
f) Click ‘Pay via Inter switch’ at the top of the page and proceed with payment.
g) After Successful Payment, continue with your application and remember to print the form and acknowledgment slip.
