To facilitate a smooth process, kindly follow the steps provided:
A. Profile Creation:
- Visit the following link: http://www.fcezaria.edu.ng
- Click on the application form link to establish an account.
- Log in to your account to update your profile.
- Generate payment for Expression of Interest Data Form (EIDF) and credential screening.
- Complete the payment process at the College Bank.
- Print your Expression of Interest Data Form (Application Form) and Screening Invitation.
- Proceed to your respective schools for the screening process.
B. Screening Requirements:
At the screening venue, please ensure you have the following items for verification:
- JAMB UTME e-registration and result slip for the 2023/2024 Academic Session.
- Original O’level Statements of Results/Original Certificates.
- Expression of Interest Data Form (EIDF) available for purchase at ZAFEC Microfinance Bank of the College, costing five thousand naira (N5,000) inclusive of bank charges.
- Proof of payment of two thousand naira (N2,000) as the screening fee at ZAFEC Microfinance Bank of the College.
- Screening Invitation Slip.
- Confirmation of O’level Result uploaded on CAPS from an accredited JAMB CBT Center.
- Indigene Certificate.
- Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age.
