Sokoto State University releases 2023/2024 Post-UTME/DE Forms; This is to inform all candidates who applied for admission into Sokoto State University through the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry (DE) and selected the Institution as their first choice.

With a minimum UTME score of 140, that the online screening exercise for the 2023/2024 Academic Session will commence on Monday, 7th August, and end on Wednesday, 6th September, 2023.

DE candidates are required to upload a scanned copy of their A’level (Diploma, NCE, IJMB, etc.) certificate/notification of result on the University portal.
SCREENING PROCEDURE:
Step 1:
- Visit the University Portal at https://portal.ssu.edu.ng
Step 2:
- Use your JAMB Registration Number as both username and password to log in.
Step 3:
- Click on the ‘Update Data’ link to provide or update your phone number and email address.
Step 4:
- Generate and print your screening payment invoice, which amounts to Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) only. Note that transaction charges are exclusive. The invoice will contain a Unified Payment (UP) Reference Number. Proceed to any commercial bank stated on your invoice to make the payment, or alternatively, click on the ‘Pay Now’ link to use any instant Unified Payment channel.
Step 5:
- After making the payment, log in to your account again and update your biodata, academic records, and other necessary information.
Step 6:
- Print your acknowledgment slip and payment receipt for record purposes.
NOTE:
- The screening process is strictly online, and there will be NO Post-UTME examination required for applicants at any time.
