Log in and navigate to Applications – Transfer – Proceed to Apply for Intra-University Transfer. Pay the application fee of N10,000.00 using the provided Application Remita code (RRR).
  5. Selection of Department and Level: After successful payment, select your new department and approved level within the portal, and submit your application.
  6. Transfer Approval: Once your application is processed, you will be transferred to the new department and assigned a new matriculation number.
  7. School Charges and Registration: Complete the payment of your school charges and finalize your registration in the new department.

To complete the transfer process, ensure the following documents are submitted to the respective divisions:

  1. Duplicate Copies: Prepare duplicate copies of your Bio-Data Form, School Charges Receipt, Course Registration Form, and completed Intra-University Transfer Application Form.
  2. Department and Faculty Submission: Submit the duplicate copies of the mentioned documents to your department, faculty, and the Exams & Records Division.
  3. Exams & Records Division: The original copy of the application form must be submitted directly to the Exams & Records Division.
