University College Hospital Ibadan Releases 2023/2024 Admission Exercise
ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS:
University College Hospital, Ibadan, hereby announces the admission and screening exercise for the 2023/2024 session.
FOR ND APPLICANTS:
- Applicants must score 150 and above in the 2023 UTME.
- Applicants must possess the middle entry requirements, which include five credits in SSCE/GCE/WAEC/NECO (not obtained in more than two sittings) in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry.
FOR HND APPLICANTS:
- Applicants must present the following original certificates:
(a) O’level Result
(b) ND or Professional Diploma in HIM
(c) License Certificate
(d) Letter of Completion of IT
ENTRANCE EXAMINATION:
The entrance examination for ND applicants will be conducted through a Computer Based Test (CBT) and will cover the following subjects:
(a) English Language
(b) Mathematics
(c) Chemistry
(d) Physics
(e) Biology
The CBT for HND applicants will cover the following subjects:
(a) Health Records Management
(b) Anatomy and Physiology
(c) Clinical Coding
(d) Biostatistics
(e) Computer Science
(f) Health Planning Management
METHOD OF APPLICATION:
ND applicants are required to pay a non-refundable fee of N2,000, while HND applicants are to pay N10,000 for the application and screening fee. The payment should be made into the TSA ACCOUNT (TSA/UCH/SHIM/ADMISSION FORM) at any commercial bank.
Additionally, ND and HND applicants are to pay another N2,000 for the access code and CBT exercise into the TSA ACCOUNT (UCH/Information Technology Revolving) at any commercial bank.
Applicants should convert their bank teller into a receipt at the Cash Office of the Finance & Account Department, UCH. A photocopy of the payment receipt should be submitted to the Administrative Office of the School.
All applicants must have a functional email address and are required to collect their access code from the School Administrative Office to complete the online application. They can log onto www.portal.uch-ibadan.org.ng. The application must be completed online no later than August 31, 2023.
Applicants should print out their completed online application form and examination card and submit them to the Administrative Office of the School.
The screening exercise for the ND program and the HND entrance examination will be communicated to the candidates via their email addresses. Successful applicants will be invited for an oral interview at a later date through text messages, email, and the School’s website.
