School of Basic Midwifery Iyienu Releases Admission Form For 2023/2024; Applications are now open for qualified candidates seeking admission into the School of Basic Midwifery Iyienu for the 2023/2024 academic session.
PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSION FORM PURCHASE AND REGISTRATION
Please note: Do not make any payments to individuals or private accounts. Any such payment is done at your own risk.
- Pay a non-refundable fee of seventeen thousand, five hundred naira (#17,500) only into any of the following accounts: a. Akuchukwu Microfinance Bank (located within the hospital vicinity) Account Name: Iyienu School of Midwifery Account Number: 0111000251b. UBA: Any branch nationwide Account Name: School of Basic Midwifery Iyienu Account Number: 1021400330If you pay through Akuchukwu MBF, visit the account section to change your teller to a receipt.
- Visit the School of Basic Midwifery to upload your receipt and complete the registration process.
- For those who pay via UBA from a distance, follow the link http://sobmiyienu.com.ng/submit-teller/ to fill out the form and upload your teller. Alternatively, click on “Application Form” and then “Submit Teller” on the website.
- Fill out the form with accurate information, ensuring your email address is active.
- After submission, your PIN will be generated automatically and sent to your email and phone number within 24 hours.
- Once you receive the PIN, log on to http://sobmiyienu.com.ng/admission-registration/ and enter the PIN exactly as it was sent to you to access your form.
- Fill out the form with all the required information accurately and submit it online.
- After submission, print out your exam slip, which contains your exam number and date. Keep the exam slip safe as it grants you access to the examination hall.
- Visit http://www.sobmiyienu.com.ng regularly for the latest updates.
REQUIREMENTS
- Applicants must be science students who have graduated from secondary school or are in SSS3.
- Minimum of five (5) O’level credits in not more than two sittings from WAEC/GCE, NECO, and NABTEB. WAEC and NECO results can be combined, but NABTEB is not accepted.
