ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates seeking admission into Basic Nursing MUST possess a minimum of five (5) credit passes in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB, obtained at not more than two sittings. The five credit passes must include English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology.
Interested Candidates must get application forms from the College’s Academic Registry in Vom and pay a non-refundable fee of N7,500. Candidates must make payment through the Remitta platform from any Commercial Bank of their choice.
The RRR printout obtained from the bank must be given to the Bursary Department for receipt and collection of application forms from Vom’s Academic Registry.
The following documents must be attached to all duly completed forms.
Two certified recent passport-size photographs.
Photocopies of certificates.
3. Photocopy of receipt of Purchase of the form.
Indigene certificate from the local government, as well as a Declaration of Age/Birth certificate.
On Monday, April 17, 2023, admission forms for the 3023/2024 Academic Session will be available. The deadline for submitting properly completed forms is four weeks from the date of this advertisement. Candidates should be aware that the application form sale deadline will not be extended.
