Although no details such as name or JAMB registration number were provided in the viral message, a back-end search of the University’s applicant database using other parameters revealed an applicant who failed to upload her O’level results on CAPS before the widely publicized deadline for the 2022 UNILAG admissions exercise. The University could not capture the applicant from CAPS as a qualified candidate who met the prerequisites for an offer of admission when the deadline expired.
While the University understands the applicant’s situation, it cannot take any further action on the 2022 admissions process.
