Foundation Polytechnic Releases 2022/2023 Supplementary Admission Form; Applications are being accepted for supplemental admission for Foundation Polytechnic, Ikot Ekpene 2022–2023 UTME candidates.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
The Prospective candidates should:
(i) possess a minimum of five O’level credits including English Language, Mathematics, and any other three subjects relevant to the course of study.
(ii) score a minimum of 120 marks in UTME JAMB. Candidates who did not choose Foundation Polytechnic as the first choice in JAMB are required to change institutions and make Foundation Polytechnic their first choice.
METHODS OF APPLICATION:
Eligible candidates should use any of the methods below:
(i) Paper Application: Interested candidates should come to the Admission Office on campus and fill out the paper application form.
(ii) Mobile Application: interested candidates should send their names, JAMB registration number, and course to 0706-809-2448.
(iii) Online Application: Interested candidates should log in to the website www.foundationpoly.edu.ng and fill Online Admission form
SCREENING:
Every working day, all candidates will be screened. Four passport photos, an O’level result, a JAMB result, a birth certificate, and a certificate of origin are required documents for screening. The screening exercise won’t involve any kind of testing.
