IMSU Releases 2023/2024 Post-UTME/DE Admission Forms; Imo State University, Owerri, is pleased to inform the general public, especially prospective students, about the commencement of the registration process for the 2023/2024 POST-UTME and Direct Entry Screening Exercise.

The registration will begin on Monday, 14th August, 2023, and conclude on 15th September, 2023.

ELIGIBILITY
✓ Candidates must have chosen Imo State University, Owerri, as their first choice and attained a minimum UTME score of 160.
✓ Candidates who did not initially select Imo State University as their first choice university but have achieved the required cut-off mark are also eligible to apply, provided they visit the JAMB website and change their first choice institution to Imo State University, Owerri.
✓ Direct Entry candidates must hold OND/HND/First Degree, ‘A’ Level qualifications, or their equivalents in relevant disciplines and subjects.
✓ Candidates must ensure their qualifying results are uploaded to JAMB. Candidates awaiting ‘O’ Level results are advised to upload them to JAMB as soon as they are released. Failure to upload results to JAMB will lead to ineligibility for admission.
APTITUDE TEST
Specific dates and times for individual candidates will be communicated at a later time.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
i. Visit the University’s official website: https://www.imsuonline.edu.ng/putme/
ii. Complete the payment process and fill out the application form as instructed.
iii. Print out the payment and acknowledgement slips and submit them to the Admissions Unit of Imo State University.
DIRECT ENTRY CANDIDATES
In addition to the online application, Direct Entry candidates must ensure that their OND/HND/First Degree transcripts, ‘O’ and ‘A’ Level results, or their equivalents are sent to the Registrar, Imo State University, Owerri.
