OFFAPOLY Releases Post-UTME Form For 2023/2024 Session; We extend a warm invitation to all eligible candidates for the online screening exercise, as part of the admission process for the 2023/2024 academic session into the National Diploma (ND) Full Time programs at The Federal Polytechnic Offa, Kwara State.

OFFAPOLY Releases Post-UTME Form For 2023/2024 Session

A. ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES

All candidates who selected the Federal Polytechnic Offa as their first (1st) choice Institution in the 2023/2024 UTME must meet the following criteria:

  • Must have obtained a minimum UTME score of 120.
  • Possess the required relevant O’level credit result(s) as specified in the JAMB brochure.
  • Must have uploaded their O’level result(s) on JAMB CAPS through a Certified CBT Center.

B. PROCEDURES FOR THE ONLINE SCREENING EXERCISE

All eligible candidates are required to follow these steps on the Polytechnic portal http://fedpoffaonline.edu.ng:

  1. Make the online payment.
  2. Fill in their details and complete the security form.
  3. Upload their results and other necessary credentials.
  4. Print out their security form and post-screening slip.
  5. Submit the printed security form PERSONALLY at the security office in the Main campus of the Polytechnic, located along Ojoku road, Offa, Kwara State.

Online Payment: Candidates are to make an online payment of #2,000 (Two Thousand Naira) only using an ATM card that is interswitch compatible.

Important Instructions:

  • Candidates must write their name in full, with the surname first, as it appears on their JAMB RESULT SLIP and O’level results/certificates.
  • Candidates must possess a personal active email address.

CLOSURE OF THE SCREENING EXERCISE

The screening exercise will be accessible on the Polytechnic’s Portal http://fedpoffaonline.edu.ng for a duration of Four (4) weeks, commencing from the date of this advertisement.

NOTE: Non-compliance with the specified procedures and/or any form of false claims by candidates will result in the disqualification of such candidates and the forfeiture of their admission, if discovered at any time.
