Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the 2026 Khalifa University Graduate Scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with a minimum CGPA of 3.5/4.0 or equivalent from an accredited institution (for direct Bachelor’s to PhD admission).
- Master’s degree in a relevant field with a minimum CGPA of 3.25/4.0 or equivalent from a recognized institution.
English Language Proficiency:
- TOEFL iBT score of 91 or equivalent, or
- IELTS academic overall score of 6.5, or
- 1550 EmSAT English score.
GRE Requirements:
- A minimum quantitative score of 150 in the General GRE.
- Applicants must attempt all three sections of the GRE.
Additional Requirements:
- At least two referee recommendations (submitted online).
- Statement of Purpose (500–1,000 words).
- Research Statement (500–1,000 words).
- Admission interview (if shortlisted).
