- Be newly admitted to one of the eligible programs for Fall 2024 or later.
- Hold a valid study permit at the start of classes.
- Enroll full-time in their program and must not be in the French immersion stream.

Application Process
- Apply for an undergraduate program through the Ontario Universities’ Application Centre (OUAC).
