Candidates who scored 140 and above in the 2024 UTME and wish to study at FUOTUOKE are invited to apply for supplementary admission into the available programs.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates are eligible to apply if they meet the following requirements:
- First-choice candidates: You selected FUOTUOKE as your first choice and scored 140 or above in the 2024 UTME.
- Non-first-choice candidates: If you did not choose FUOTUOKE initially but scored 140 or above, you can apply by changing your institution on the JAMB portal to make FUOTUOKE your first choice.
- Candidates who applied earlier but were not admitted into their preferred courses can also apply by changing their course on the JAMB portal.
Note: Changing your institution or course might take up to 24 hours to reflect on JAMB’s platform.

- Payment: Pay a non-refundable fee of N2,000 using a Verve-enabled or MasterCard on Interswitch.
- Online Application: Proceed to the FUOTUOKE eCampus registration portal and complete the application form.
Required Documents for Application
To complete your application, upload the following documents:
- Passport-size photograph (digital)
- 2024 UTME original result printout
- WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB result
- Local Government of Origin certificate
- Birth certificate or age declaration
