ELIGIBILITY FOR APPLICATION

The following categories of JAMB UTME candidates are eligible to apply:

a. Candidates who selected the Federal University Otuoke as their first choice and scored the minimum cut-off mark in the JAMB UTME, choosing any of the under-listed programs:

Interested candidates who did not choose Federal University Otuoke as their first choice but wish to study at the university and scored the minimum cut-off mark in the JAMB UTME must do change of institution to Federal University Otuoke via the JAMB website (www.jamb.org.ng) and choose any of the programs listed above.

1. How do I apply for the Post-UTME Screening Exercise?

  • Candidates are required to make a non-refundable payment of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) only using an Interswitch Verve or Mastercard for the application form. Detailed instructions for the online application can be found at www.fuotuoke.edu.ng or http://ecampus.fuotuoke.edu.ng.

2. What documents do I need for the online application?

  • You will need to upload the following documents:
    1. Digital Passport-size photograph
    2. Copy of 2023 JAMB UTME original result printout
    3. Copy of WAEC/NECO/NABTEB O’ level result
    4. Copy of LGA identification letter
    5. Copy of Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
    6. Valid WAEC/NECO/NABTEB O-level result checking Scratch Card details

3. What are the special instructions for the application?

  • Use a digital passport photograph.
  • Use the same name as in your JAMB UTME and in the same order.
  • Submit a valid email address and personal phone number in your online application.
  • Upload your O’ level result checking scratch card. For candidates combining two O’ level results, both scratch cards should be uploaded accordingly.

4. What is the deadline for the application?

  • The online application portal closes on August 25th, 2023.

5. When is the date for the Post-UTME Exercise?

  • The date for the Post-UTME Screening Exercise will be made known upon completion of the application. Candidates are advised to check the official portal: http://ecampus.fuotuoke.edu.ng for updates.

6. What items do I need to bring for the screening test?

  • Candidates are required to bring the following items for the screening test:
    1. Acknowledgment letter
    2. UTME Result Slip
  • Items such as mathematical tables, calculators, GSM phones, and bags of any kind are not allowed in the screening hall.

7. What happens if I make false declarations during the application?

  • Candidates who make false declarations of UTME scores, O’ level result grades (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB), or state of origin shall not be considered for admission.

8. What should successful candidates expect after the screening exercise?

  • Successful candidates will be issued a letter of invitation to report at the university campus for further screening/verification.
