About the Role

We’re seeking a skilled and passionate Golang Backend Developer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you’ll help build scalable, high-performance systems that power our core products. You’ll collaborate closely with frontend developers, product leads, and system engineers to design robust infrastructure, optimize performance, and deliver real-time data solutions that scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain secure, scalable server-side applications using Golang

• Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless frontend integration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure responsive user experiences

• Develop and manage microservices architectures

• Optimize databases for performance, availability, and reliability

• Implement robust authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth, JWT, etc.)

• Conduct performance tuning, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting

• Work within Agile workflows including sprints and code reviews

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

• Evaluate and integrate third-party APIs and external services

• Support database scripting, migrations, and backup systems

• Contribute to architectural decisions and backend tool selection

• Stay current with backend technologies, frameworks, and best practices

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional backend development experience

• Proficient in Golang; knowledge of Node.js or Python (Django/Flask) is a plus

• Solid experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB

• Familiarity with authentication protocols and session management

• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (e.g., Docker)

• Comfortable working with cloud platforms like AWS, Firebase, or Azure

• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and security best practices

• Problem-solving mindset and effective collaboration in a team environment
