UI prohibits political campaign of any kind within its premises

Any type of political campaign is prohibited on UI property.

The University Management hereby notifies the public that political campaigns of any kind and/or nature are not permitted on university property, including in any of the classrooms, lecture halls, fields, residential halls (private or public), businesses, or structures located within the university’s precinct.

The aforementioned measures are not intended to deny community members their rights, but rather to maintain a calm, serene environment conducive to serious study, especially in light of the ongoing semester exams. Conflicts or commotion that such campaigns might cause must be avoided in order to preserve the peace, law, and order that are present on the property.
