LASU important notice to 2023 Batch B Corp members

This is an important notice for prospective corps members (PCM’s) of the 2023 Batch ‘B’ National Youth Service Corps (NYSC). It is advised that PCM’s carefully review their details on the NYSC Portal and promptly report any disparities, especially in the date of graduation or other personal information, to the Students’ Affairs Office for necessary corrections. PCM’s with discrepancies in their details may face registration issues at the NYSC Orientation Camp.

Details Correction and Name Upload:
Please note that only the Name at Matriculation is allowed for upload on the NYSC Portal. Therefore, addition or removal of names is no longer permitted. However, PCM’s can apply for correction of spelling mistakes and name rearrangement on their dashboard.

Importance of Accurate Date of Graduation:
Graduates who have disparities between the date of graduation uploaded on the NYSC Portal and the date stated on their Statement of Results will not be eligible for registration at the NYSC Orientation Camp. It is crucial for PCM’s to address such discrepancies by coordinating with the Students Affairs Officers prior to reporting to the orientation camp.
