Important Notice: No Intake for Biochemistry and Petroleum & Gas Engineering at UNILAG for 2023/2024 Admissions

We would like to inform all prospective UTME and Direct Entry candidates for the 2023/2024 admission exercise at the University of Lagos (UNILAG) that there will be no intakes for the Biochemistry and Petroleum & Gas Engineering programmes. This decision has been previously announced and serves as a reminder to all applicants. Candidates are advised not to choose these programmes, and those who have already done so should consider changing to alternative programmes.

      Details:
As previously communicated through the official UNILAG website (refer to https://unilag.edu.ng/?p=18254 and https://unilag.edu.ng/?p=18497), it has been confirmed that Biochemistry and Petroleum & Gas Engineering will not be offered for admission in the upcoming 2023/2024 academic session.

Therefore, prospective candidates are strongly advised to avoid selecting these two programmes when making their choices during the admission process. Candidates who have already selected Biochemistry or Petroleum & Gas Engineering are encouraged to change their preferences to other available programmes.

      Conclusion:
We kindly request all prospective UTME and Direct Entry candidates to take note of this important announcement regarding the admission process at UNILAG for the 2023/2024 academic session. As there will be no intake for Biochemistry and Petroleum & Gas Engineering, candidates are advised to consider other alternative programmes. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
