People today neglect their health in favor of their workload. Long-term effects of this include several illnesses and mental health problems.
Until individuals experience mental issues, they do not understand how important leading a healthy lifestyle is. They deal with chronic illnesses, yet a healthy lifestyle can help these disorders.
