We are looking for a competent Project Supervisor to oversee a large-scale estate building project on Lagos Island. This 1-year contract role requires a hands-on professional with experience in estate or residential construction. The successful candidate will ensure all materials supplied are used strictly for this project and that work is completed according to approved standards, timelines, and budgets.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications.
Maintain accurate documentation and site records.
Monitor site progress, quality, and adherence to safety regulations.
Track the delivery and utilization of materials on site.
Ensure all materials supplied are used solely for this project and properly accounted for.
Report project updates, challenges, and milestones to the Project Manager.

Requirements:

OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience supervising estate or residential building projects.
Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and materials.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Proven ability to enforce accountability and manage on-site resources effectively.
