Atiba University Releases 2024/2025 JUPEB/ Diploma and Certificate programme admissions; The Joint Universities Preliminary Examination Board (JUPEB) programme prepares students for the JUPEB examination, allowing holders to be admitted through JAMB Direct Entry into 200 level degree programmes at Atiba University, Oyo.

Eligibility:

Credits in at least five relevant O’Level subjects (including English Language and Mathematics) in WASC/SSCE, NECO, NABTEB equivalents, in not more than two sittings.
Candidates with awaiting results can also apply.
Applicants must register for a combination of 3 subjects out of 16 subjects according to their proposed course of study at the University.

Diploma and Certificate Programmes

Diploma in Community Health & Disease Prevention and Control:

Four-semester training for SSCE holders.
Entry into B. NSc. Nursing Science Degree Programme at 200 Level.
Requirements: O’level as stipulated by JAMB and acceptable pass in the Diploma Programme.
Fee: N150,000 per semester.

Diploma in Law:

Four-semester training for SSCE holders.
Entry into LL.B Law Degree Programme at 200 Level.
Requirements: O’level as stipulated by JAMB and acceptable pass in the Diploma Programme.
Fee: N150,000 per semester.

Advanced Diploma in Computer Science:

One-year transition for ND/Diploma holders.
Entry into B. Sc. Computer Science Degree Programme at 300 Level.
Requirements: O’level as stipulated by JAMB and acceptable pass in the Diploma Programme.
Fee: N150,000.

Entry Requirements:

At least five (5) credits including English Language and Mathematics at SSCE in WAEC/NECO/NABTEB in not more than two sittings.

Computer Certificate Programmes

Computer Appreciation Course:

Three-month intensive programme for Lecturers, Teachers, and Managers.
Focus: Microsoft Office Suite.
Fee: N45,000.

CAD Programmes:

Three-month course for Engineers, Scientists, and Students.
Focus: AutoCAD, Blenders, and Design methodologies.
Fee: N60,000.

Professional Diploma in Computer Science:

Nine-month programme for school leavers, admission seekers, apprentices, tertiary students, and the public.
Entry into a four-year degree programme in Computer Science.
Requirements: Same as JAMB for the Degree Programme.
Fee: N75,000.

Advanced Diploma in Computer Science:

One-year transition for ND/Diploma holders.
Entry into B. Sc. Computer Science Degree Programme at 300 Level.
Requirements: O’level as stipulated by JAMB and acceptable pass in the Diploma Programme.
