Tertiary Category
- Topic: “Using Technology for Social Good: How Digital Solutions Can Be Leveraged to Promote Transparency in Governance.”
- Requirements: Write 1,500 words focusing on originality, logical presentation, and the role of technology in enhancing governance transparency. Discuss areas such as healthcare, environmental issues, or the use of digital tools for social and educational purposes.
Secondary Category
- Topic: “Exploring Alternatives to Cybercrimes for Sustainable Development.”
- Requirements: Write 1,000 words focusing on originality, clarity, and profiling alternatives to cybercrimes. Propose ways for young people to channel creativity into positive online activities such as digital art, music, writing, or entrepreneurship.
Conditions for Participation
- Word Count: 1,500 words for the tertiary category, 1,000 words for the secondary category.
- Formatting: Use double spacing, Font 14, Century Gothic.
- Submission: Submit entries to info@efcc.gov.ng.
Submission and Timing
- Submissions open on Thursday, August 8, 2024, and close on Monday, September 9, 2024.
- Winners will be invited to a Cybercrime Summit scheduled for October 2024.

- Six winners will be selected from Nigeria—three from the secondary category and three from the tertiary category.
- Winners will be invited to Abuja for the award presentation.
