- Hold an offer to study a full-time degree program at Surrey in September 2024, either a Bachelor’s degree at FHEQ Level 4 (first-year entry) or a full-time Master’s degree taught on-campus in Guildford.
- Be self-funded (independently paying for studies rather than being sponsored or receiving another scholarship).
- Not be students from Surrey International Study Centre (SISC).
- Not be eligible for any other Surrey Scholarship if in receipt of the Future Leaders scholarship.
- Not combine this scholarship with the alumni discount.
